This half day workshop will offer delegates a deeper understanding of law firm financial accounts. The knowledge gained from the course will improve your ability to communicate financial information within your firm enabling better informed decisions.  The skills developed will help refine your performance monitoring and management techniques, leading to improved financial performance and a more robust business.
