He fought his way back from the cliff-edge, the firm had its best-ever year in 2010, and in 2013, it was the UK’s fastest-growing law firm. He sold the practise to Knights in 2016, since when McCrum Consulting has worked with law firms around the country to help them do the things he did right and to avoid doing the things he did wrong.

    He helps firms to move towards being what he calls The Perfect Legal Business (which is the title of his recently published book) in which 10 pieces of jigsaw fit together to make a firm that is unstoppable.
