    A. Bringing and Defending Whistleblowing Claims: A Practical Guide
    This workshop will cover some of the most contentious issues associated with Whistleblowing claims from the perspective of both Claimants and Respondents; specifically the workshop will focus on the following areas:

    • Qualifying Disclosures
    • Whether a Disclosure is Protected
    • Whistleblowing Detriment
    • Whistleblowing Dismissal

    The Workshop will provide an interactive forum which focuses on practical case studies and draws upon the collective experience of attending practitioners to provide practical tips in bringing and defending whistleblowing claims before the Employment Tribunal.
