    Why not join us as for a rare and priceless experience as Matthew Du Cann from Gourmet House, one of the leading caviar houses, talks us through 3 different types of caviar.  We will also have an expert from Belvedere vodka who will talk you through why vodka is the perfect combination for caviar.  Why do they complement each other?  How to pick the right vodka for you?

    The different caviars you will sample served on blinis include:

    Royal Baerii
    The original caviar is a must for beginners who want to indulge in the authentic flavour of caviar from the Siberian Sturgeon.  Small to medium sized eggs.

    Russian Oscietra
    This is the most famous caviar that has a delicious flavour with a light aroma of nuts.  Medium sized eggs.

    Imperial Caviar
    This is a new Chinese species which is a hybrid from Schrenckii (father) and Dauricus (mother), the caviar quality is outstanding.

    We are delighted to be holding this event with our friends at Randall & Aubin Manchester – our favourite Anglo-French brasserie – famous for their sumptuous menu of British seafood and meat dishes this is the place to go for delicious food, the best ingredients, and a fabulous dining experience.

    Randall & Aubin was established in Soho, London, as a butchers in 1911, selling only the best produce and very quickly becoming one of the finest shops in town. For the past 20 years, the celebrated and much loved restaurant has continued in that same tradition of excellence, serving the freshest seafood and mouth-watering rotisserie meats, with premium ingredients from carefully chosen and local suppliers where possible.
