The Diocesan Secretary’s remit is to manage and lead colleagues in a range of areas such as finance, property, safe-guarding and operations, developing supportive and empowering relationships; and to work closely with the Bishop and the rest of his senior team. This is a leadership role within the Diocese, so there is an Occupational Requirement for the Diocesan Secretary to be a practising Christian.
