This is an important event for ALL users of the Chancery, Mercantile and Technology and Construction Courts. The Business and Property Courts will be the new name for England and Wales’ international dispute resolution jurisdictions and will act as a single umbrella for the above business specialist courts.

Manchester Law Society, NChBA and NCCBA are delighted to be organising this event, and welcoming to Manchester a number of senior judges including The President of the Queen’s Bench Division, Sir Brian Leveson, The Chancellor of the High Court, Sir Geoffrey Vos, Lady Justice Sharp, Mr Justice Norris, The Vice Chancellor of the County Palatine of Lancaster, Mr Justice Coulson and Mr Justice Males.  They will be joined by the specialist judges in Manchester; HHJ Pelling QC, HHJ Hodge QC, HHJ Bird, HHJ Davies, HHJ Moulder and District Judges who work in the Chancery Division.

The event is aimed at all solicitors including in house counsel, members of the bar, court users such as directors of companies, members of Chamber of Commerce and members of Institute of Directors, Insolvency Practitioners and those involved in Administrations and Liquidations.
