County Court Money Claims Centre (CCMCC) Practitioners Forum
We have arranged for a CCMCC Practitioner Forum to take place which is kindly being hosted at Slater & Gordon, 58 Mosley St, Manchester M2 3HZ on Monday, 12th October, 2015 at 4.00 pm and is expected to last for an hour.
Representing the CCMCC will be Martin Huddleston, Operations Manager and Laura Yeates, Customer Services Manager along with some of the CCMCC Management Team in addition to Lise Wall, a representative of the Jurisdictional Operation Support Team for HMCTS. The purpose of the meeting is to have an open discussion around the performance of CCMCC and the service they provide including:
– Why CCMCC was created and its remit
– How we can work together to improve the service provided by CCMCC
– Top Tips for users to improve working relationships
In addition to obtaining feedback from users and answering any queries that you may have.
