Notice to Employment Solicitors

Employment Solicitors please note following information re use of the online facility for presenting an ET1 or ET3.
It appears that there is no longer a facility for saving online a draft of the ET1 or ET3. However, a draft could be saved to a user’s own PC and the final version emailed to the Tribunal.
