    Whether hunting for oysters, on the look out for succulent rotisserie meats, or simply enjoying a martini at the bar underneath the glittering Disco Ball, everyone at Randall & Aubin Manchester hopes you’re ready to lose a few hours with them!

    Randall & Aubin was established in Soho, London, as a butchers in 1911, selling only the best produce and very quickly becoming one of the finest shops in town. For the past 20 years, the celebrated and much loved restaurant has continued in that same tradition of excellence, serving the freshest seafood and mouthwatering rotisserie meats, with premium ingredients from carefully chosen and local suppliers where possible.

    After an international search, the co-founders, renowned Chef Ed Baines and restauranteur Jamie Poulton, felt Manchester was, without doubt, the perfect place for their new home. The positivity and entrepreneurial energy of the city, the warmth of the community, the culinary passion and the enthusiasm for a great night out perfectly embodies the spirit of Randall & Aubin.

    Ed believes that great food is about great cooking with nowhere to hide.

    The approach to dining at Randall & Aubin is ‘everything for everyone’ and we hope you can join us to try it out for yourself!
