Victoria Brown is an Occupational Psychologist and the Founder of High Performance Consultancy. Victoria has been the Managing Director of this HR Outsourced business for 10 years. During this time she has provided strategic support to internal HR departments in many law firms across the UK. She has recently been appointed as the Managing Director of a cloud based HR software business –OneHR.
