You are invited to attend a meeting as part of Manchester Law Society’s ongoing discussions surrounding the proposed changes to the small claims limit for personal injury claims and the removal of the right to compensation for soft tissue injuries.
Capital Economics will present its on-going research into the incidence of road traffic accidents, fraud statistics, motor insurance premiums and the economic impact of the government’s proposals as well as discussing plans for future analysis.
The meeting will provide new insight and a forum for balanced discussion and debate, in anticipation of the imminent publication of the Ministry of Justice consultation document.
