Revised Practice Note from Master McCloud & Eastman
The CAT district judges in the Manchester Civil Justice Centre have endorsed the procedure outlined in the Revised Practice Note dated 7 August 2014 of Masters McCloud and Eastman in relation to seeking production of national insurance details from HMRC.
Practitioners should follow the practice set out therein in relation to CAT proceedings in Manchester County Court or District Registry, with the necessary modifications of referring to the Manchester Civil Justice Centre instead of the Royal Courts of Justice, and to district judges instead of masters.
