***Asbestos Practitioners’ Specialist Court User Meeting***
As scheduled last December, this year’s specialist court user meeting will take place at Manchester Civil Justice Centre at 9:15 am on Wednesday 4th December.
Anyone with an interest in our CAT (Cancer, Asbestos & Terminal Illness) claims is welcome to attend. Please note that due to security you are advised to arrive at the building by 9:00 am.
Following the elevation of HHJ Stewart QC to the High Court Bench, we will be pleased to welcome our new Designated Civil Judge, HHJ Allan Gore QC, who will doubtless already be known to many of you as a former leading counsel in asbestos claims and more recently as the DCJ of Liverpool County Court.
The meeting will also be attended, as usual, by District Judge James Hassall and District Judge Iyer together with our specialist court staff.
Once we have a better idea of numbers we will inform you of the room and floor for the meeting.
