TeCSA & TECBAR are holding a joint evening conference to consider topical issues in construction law.

– Application of the Consumer Contracts Cancellation Regulations to Construction Contracts
– Fitness for Purpose
– Cost Budgeting
The conference will follow a format similar to that used successfully in previous years, where a variety of speakers give short talks. There will be plenty of time for questions,both about the topics to be covered at the conference and current practice at the TCC generally.
